The Clarkson Service League at the Nebraska Medical Center recently hosted a two-day event, its annual Santa’s Preview. More than 500 people attended the shopping and cocktail party held at the Clarkson Tower in the Storz Pavilion this month.
The event started Nov. 1 with a cocktail reception in the evening. During the reception, guests shopped and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and wine. On Nov. 2, the shopping continued through the afternoon.
General chairwomen for Santa’s Preview were Jeanie Jones and Jen Zatechka; the Clarkson Service League president is Karen Nelsen.
The entire Clarkson Service League board served as committee members for the event. The event raised more than $20,000, which will go toward the Clarkson Service League’s $500,000 pledge to the James A. Canedy Scholar Program.
