New open-late taqueria and tequila bar offers street food you don't actually have to eat on the street. Fried taquitos and soft tacos (grilled mahi-mahi, veggie, tofu, beef, pork and chicken) headline a short menu of under-$3 fare. And the tequila list reads like a wine list, with 76 varieties for sipping.
