OMAHA

Library cards are free for Douglas County residents. The Omaha Public Library has reciprocal borrowing privileges with cardholders from the Council Bluffs, Lincoln and Ralston libraries. For nonresidents, the fee is $60 a year or $20 for four months. www.omahapubliclibrary.org
